This also confirms Approval that the 1993 Edition was the initial edition of Section III incorporated by reference in the regulations; and Extend the applicability of existing regulations to proceed with appropriate permits, construction and testing procedures for requirements and compliance with this matter, as this was the only pending item for consideration and this should be Approved and submitted as final rule.
