Submittal of Revised Nuclear Criticality Safety Related Validation Report Westinghouse Electric Company LLC (Westinghouse) is submitting a revised nuclear criticality safety (NCS) validation report in accordance with Section 6.1.5.3 of the License Application SNM-1107.
This section specifies that any new or revised NCS related validation reports applicable to the Westinghouse Columbia Fuel Fabrication Facility (CFFF) are submitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff for review by the end of the next calendar quarter following issuance of the new or revised validation report.
This submittal contains proprietary information of Westinghouse Electric Company LLC. In conformance with the requirements of 10 CFR 2.390, as amended, of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's ("Commission's") regulations, Westinghouse is enclosing with this submittal an Affidavit. The Affidavit sets forth the basis on which the information identified as proprietary may be withheld from public disclosure by the Commission.
