Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Unit 2 Docket No. STN 50-529 Renewed Operating License No. NPF-51 Notification of Termination of Unit 2 Sale/Leaseback Provisions Arizona Public Service Company (APS) submits this letter to inform the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) that APS completed the termination of elements of existing Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Unit 2, sale and leaseback provisions in the renewed facility operating license on September 22, 2025. The specifics of the transaction are described in APS letter number 102-08973, dated June 27, 2025 [Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession Number ML25178C913].
This correspondence contains no new NRC regulatory commitments.
