Supplemental Information for the Human Factors RAI 4 and RAI 5 Responses TRISO-X, LLC (TRISO-X) hereby submits supplemental information for the responses to the Request for Additional Information (RAI) 4 and 5, dated August 5, 2025 (Reference 5), regarding the review of the License Application for the TRISO-X Fuel Fabrication Facility (Reference 2).
Responses to the original RAIs were transmitted by letter dated April 4, 2025 (Reference 3).
The NRC and TRISO-X held a meeting via Microsoft Teams on May 16, 2025 (Reference 4) to discuss the human factors portion of the TRISO-X license application review. An additional discussion was held on May 21, 2025, during the in-person site visit for the Integrated Safety Analysis horizontal and vertical slice review. TRISO-X agreed to provide supplemental information for the responses to RAI-4 and RAI-5 (Reference 3). An additional meeting was held via Microsoft Teams on September 15, 2025 (Reference 6) where TRISO-X agreed to provide
