By submittal dated September 4, 2025 (ADAMS Package - ML25247A292), Southern Nuclear Operating Company submitted a Westinghouse Electric Company LLC affidavit requesting that specific information included within Southern Nuclear Operating Companys submittal related to portions of WCAP-13751-P, Revision 7, Westinghouse Setpoint Methodology for Protection Systems Farley Nuclear Plant Units 1 and 2, be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Section 2.390.
The NRC staff reviewed the affidavit and information provided in the letter in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 2.390. Based on the statements in the affidavit, the staff determined that the information sought to be withheld contains proprietary commercial information and should be withheld from public disclosure. Therefore, the information marked as proprietary will be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390(b)(5).
The NRC may have cause to review this determination in the future. If the NRC makes a determination adverse to the above, the submitter will be notified in advance of any public disclosure.
