This letter is to inform you that the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is publishing Environmental Impact Statement for the TRISO-X Special Nuclear Material License Application for a Fuel Fabrication Facility draft report for comment.
As part of the review process, the NRC is making available a draft environmental impact statement (EIS) for public review and comment. A Federal Register Notice will be published that will inform the public of availability and initiating a comment period. Electronic versions of the document are available in the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System, accessible via the internet at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html using ML25267A128.
