Dear Mr. Ewing,
By letter dated May 28, 2025 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML25149A002), Westinghouse Electric Company (Westinghouse) submitted Topical Report (TR) WCAP-18951-P/NP, Revision 1, TRITON11 Reference Fuel Design (Proprietary/Non-Proprietary), for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staffs review and approval.
The NRC staff technical review of this TR is ongoing. The NRC staff determined that a regulatory audit is needed to facilitate the review. The NRC staff will perform a hybrid (in-person at NRC Headquarters and virtually) regulatory audit on October 14-15, 2025. The non-proprietary (Enclosure 1) and proprietary (Enclosure 2) versions (based on the proprietary markup of the audit plan provided by Westinghouse) of the audit plan are enclosed.
NOTICE: Enclosure 2 to this letter contains Proprietary Information. Upon separation from Enclosure 2, this letter is DECONTROLLED.
