NORTH ANNA POWER STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2 - CLARIFICATION OF LICENSE PAGES ISSUES FOR SUBSEQUENT LICENSE RENEWAL

letter dated August 28, 2024 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Package Accession No. ML24215A220), the NRC issued the Subsequent Renewed Facility Operating License (FOL) Nos. NPF-4 and NPF-7 to Virginia Electric and Power Company (Dominion) for the North Anna Power Station, Units 1 and 2 (North Anna).
Subsequently to issuance of the renewed FOL, Dominion staff identified that, for Unit No. 1, the issued license pages 9 and 10 (ML24215A263) had incorrect page numbers.
In reviewing this error, the NRC staff confirmed that the issued pages did have the error, however the updated authority file for the North Anna FOL (ML052990145) ultimately had the correct page numbers. In lieu of correcting and reissuing license pages 9 and 10, Dominion can use the pages from NRCs FOL authority file to update your controlled copies of the license.
