Request for Modification to Certificate of Compliance No. 9252 to IAEA 1996 Status for the Model No. 51032-2 Packaging; Docket No. 71-9252 Framatome Inc. (Framatome) hereby requests an update to the Certificate of Compliance No.
9252 to IAEA 1996 status. This package meets the IAEA 1996 standard, as the current safety analysis report (SAR) conforms to the requirements of 10 CFR Part 71, as documented in the Enclosure. Therefore, it satisfies the requirements for granting the IAEA 1996 status. No other changes to the certificate are requested. Framatome respectfully requests issuance of the updated certificate of compliance by May 2026.
Included in this application are two enclosures that support the requested update.
