Watts Bar Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2 Facility Operating License Nos. NPF-90 and NPF-96 NRC Docket Nos. 50-390, 50-391, and 72-1048 Watts Bar Nuclear Plant Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program, Revision 28 In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 50.54(p), this letter provides Revision 28 of the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant (WBN) Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program.
The revision log of the WBN Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program provided in the enclosure describes each change. The revised plan became effective as of July 7, 2025.
Tennessee Valley Authority has evaluated the changes contained in this revision and does not consider the revision to decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the subject plan. The documented evaluation is available on-site for inspection.
