[ADAMS] Accession No. ML25148A336), as supplemented on July 16, 2025 (ML25197A795) and August 14, 2025 (ML25226A173), enclosed is Certificate of Compliance No. 9218 for the Model No. TRUPACT-II package, Revision 29, and Certificate of Compliance No. 9279 for the Model No. HalfPACT, Revision 12. Also enclosed are the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staffs safety evaluation reports (SERs).
The approval constitutes authority to use the package for shipment of radioactive material and for the package to be shipped in accordance with the provisions of Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations Section 173.471.
