MI, Email:heavr7@aol.com General Comment I have read a recent submission to the NRC Staff by Alan Blind. focusing on Table S2-15 concerning the Reactor/Pressurized Head Vent Valve Modification. Alan Blind's submission goes into great detail as to why the safety changes should be substantive and not administrative. I am in complete agreement with his assessment.
