Physical Inventory Report On June 30, 2025, Louisiana Energy Services, LLC, dba Urenco USA (UUSA), submitted Reference 1 to provide the NRC Form 327s and Form 742s for the annual period May 1, 2024, through May 2, 2025, as well as the bi-monthly inventory from March 5, 2025, through May 2, 2025. On July 24, 2025, some data entry errors were identified that affected the information provided for some of the NRC Form 327s. This letter provides the revised NRC Form 327s. The remaining forms submitted under Reference 1 were not impacted and are unchanged. Event Report EV-2025-4291 was generated for this error. The inventory difference remains acceptable and there is no evidence of missing material.
This cover letter and enclosure contains information concerning UUSA's material control and accounting program for special nuclear material. As such, UUSA requests that this letter and its enclosure be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1).
