I am commenting on the NRCs preliminary finding of No Significant Hazards Consideration for Holtecs June 24, 2025 License Amendment Request.
I. Do not consider Holtes request to be administrative at all. The safety of thousands of citizens and the protection of Lake Michigan to be of greater concern than Holtecs assessment. Whatever the NRC decides should force Holtecs to address and implement detailed plans to ensure the safe operation of its nuclear power plant.
