Intent to Request a License Update of Docket 71-9252, Framatome 51032-2 Shipping Container.
Reference:
NRC Certificate of Compliance Number 9252 Revision 11.
Framatome Inc. (Framatome) wishes to inform the NRC that we intend, per the provisions of 10 CFR 71.19(d), to formally request an update to Certificate of Compliance 9252 for the 51032-2 packaging by September 2025. This request is in support of an international fresh fuel delivery scheduled for mid-October 2026.
