Hi John, In looking through the -A TR I noted that GA-EMS has identified this as -A "Revision 6." Our Final SE was on Revision 5 of the TR. Did GA-EMS made changes to the content of the TR that go beyond incorporating the staff letter and SE into the TR and that's why it is now identified as a Revision 6? If so, what changes were made to make this Revision 6 -A and not Revision 5 -A? In my experience we get a -A for the Revision Number of the TR that was approved by the staff. At this point I don't know if this is an issue, but I'll have to check and contact you tomorrow.
