Attached please find the completed form for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff -A version verification for General Atomics - Electromagnetic Systems (GA-EMS) Topical Report (TR) 30599T00005A "Fast Modular Reactor Quality Assurance Program Description," Revision 6.
The NRC staff compared GA-EMS Quality Assurance Program Description (QAPD)TR 30599T00005A, Revision 6 with the NRC staffs safety evaluation (SE) approved QAPD TR 30599T00005, Revision 5 and confirmed that the only change made in Revision 6 was to correct a reference to a specific section of the QAPD (Correction in Section 3.4.1 changing a reference from QAPD Section 2.7 to 3.7). This change is considered editorial and administrative in nature and the SE conclusions remain unchanged. Therefore Revision 6 of the QAPD TR is confirmed to be the approved version.
