In accordance with 10 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 70.32( c )(2)(ii), American Centrifuge Operating, LLC (ACO) hereby submits to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission a description of change for the Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan documentation as Enclosure 1 of this letter.
The changes noted in Enclosure 1 have been reviewed in accordance with 10 CFR 70.32 and have been determined not to decrease the effectiveness of the Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan documentation.
