SUMMARY
, OFFICE OF INVESTIGATIONS CASE NUMBER 2-2024-012
Dear Thomas Haaf:
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Office of Investigations (OI) has closed the subject case to determine whether a former electrical maintenance supervisor, employed by Duke Energy, was discriminated against for raising safety concerns at Shearon Harris Nuclear Plant.
The NRC determined there was insufficient evidence to substantiate the allegation that an electrical maintenance individual was discriminated against for raising safety concerns. We plan no further action with regard to this matter. Should you have any questions concerning this letter, please contact us.
