By letter dated May 20, 2024 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System

[ADAMS] Accession No. ML24142A453), as supplemented on August 22, 2024 (ML24235A548), February 25, 2025 (ML25056A217), March 7, 2025 (ML25065A238), and April 2, 2025 (ML25092A169), April 8, 2025 (ML25098A240), and April 16, 2025 (ML25107A109),

NAC International submitted an application for a certificate of compliance for the Model No.

VOLUNTEER transportation package.

The approval constitutes authority to use the package for shipment of radioactive material and for the package to be shipped in accordance with the provisions of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Section 71.17, General License: NRC-Approved Package, and 49 CFR 173.471.

In accordance with 10 CFR Section 2.390, Public inspections, exemptions, requests for withholding, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records component of the NRCs ADAMS. ADAMS is accessible from the NRC website at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html. The PDR is open by appointment.
