Letter from M. Humphrey (Constellation Energy Generation, LLC) to U.S. NRC, "License Amendment Request for One-Time Extension of Standby Gas Treatment System Technical Specifications Completion Time to Support Piping Repair," dated November 4, 2024 In the Reference, Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (CEG) requested an amendment to Renewed Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-29 and DPR-30 for Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station (QCNPS), Units 1 and 2. The proposed change would extend the Completion Time for Technical Specifications 3.6.4.3, "Standby Gas Treatment (SGT) System," Required Action D.1 on a one-time basis to support repair of the SGT common discharge exhaust line.
