In Reference 1, Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (CEG) submitted a Subsequent License Renewal Application (SLRA) for Dresden Nuclear Power Station, Units 2 and 3 (DNPS). In References 2, 3 and 4, the NRC requested additional information and confirmation of information to support staff review of the SLRA. As indicated in Reference 2, 3 and 4, the schedule for responding to the request for additional information (RAI) and requests for confirmation of information (RCI) is within 30 days from the date of the email.
Enclosure A contains the responses to RAI Set 1 and RCI Sets 1 and 2.
April 10, 2025 U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Page 2 Enclosure B contains updates to sections of the SLRA affected by the responses.
There are no new regulatory commitments contained in this letter.
