INSERVICE INSPECTION OWNER'S ACTIVITY REPORT (OAR)25-042 RO 50-281 DPR-37 In accordance with the requirements of ASME Code Case N-532-5 and Section XI Mandatory Appendix II Owner's Report, Virginia Electric and Power Company (Dominion Energy Virginia) hereby submits the lnservice Inspection Owner's Activity Report (Form OAR-1) for Surry Unit 2 refueling outage S2R32, which ended on December 7, 2024. This document contains the reporting requirements for the third refueling outage of the third period in the fifth ten-year inservice inspection interval, and the first refueling outage for the first period in the sixth ten-year inservice inspection interval for Surry Unit 2.

Calculation CEM-0331 was evaluated as bounding as indicated In OD CA12960797. Thru wall on 2.5" SW piping to flow element on the outlet side of the Unit 2 ~au RSHX. WO 38204361112 to restore to original condition complete. The analysis demonstrates the piping will maintain its structural integrity including seismic while in its degraded condition. The Requirements of Nonmandatory Appendix U Including augmented examinations, planned replacement, dally walkdowns, and frequent examinations of the flaw were complied with. The subject flaw was replaced under Work Order 38204361112 (RR 2024-172),
