(NRC INSPECTION REPORT 05000416/2024004)
Dear Brad Kapellas:
On March 18, 2025, the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) sent you a letter titled
Acknowledgement of Response to Notice of Violation (NRC Inspection Report 05000416/2024004) (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS]
Accession No. ML25076A727). The purpose of this letter is to correct an error in the NRC
acknowledgment letter.
The NRC acknowledgment letter incorrectly stated that your response letter dated March 6,
2025, could be found in the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System under
Accession No. ML25055A142. Please disregard the cited Accession No. The correct Accession
No. for your response letter dated March 6, 2025, is ML25065A259.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, Agency Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter will be made
available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or in the NRCs
ADAMS, accessible from the NRCs website at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
