On behalf of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), I am responding to your March 10, 2025, letter regarding the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) memorandum dated February 27, 2025, requesting agencies report the use of official time for labor union activities in fiscal year 2024.
