By letter dated April 17, 2024 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS)
Package Accession No. ML24108A007), as supplemented by letters dated February 20, 2025 (ML25051A253) and March 13, 2025 (ML25072A153), Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (Constellation) submitted an application for subsequent license renewal of Renewed Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-19 and DPR-25 for Dresden Nuclear Power Station (Dresden), Units 2 and 3, to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC, staff). Constellation submitted the application pursuant to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 54, Requirements for Renewal of Operating Licenses for Nuclear Power Plants, for subsequent license renewal.
The NRC staff is in the process of reviewing your application. Based on our review, the NRC staff has identified the attached requests for additional information (RAIs). The schedule for your response to these RAIs were discussed with Iba Ello Fletcher of your staff, and a mutually agreeable date for the response is within 30 days from the date of this email.
