This letter is to formally inform you that I have been assigned as the project manager (PM) for your Columbia Fuel Fabricating Facility. I can be reached at 301-415-1245 or via email at diana.woodyatt@nrc.gov. Yawar Faraz will be the backup PM for special nuclear material license-1107. Yawar can be reached at 301-415-7220 or via email at yawar.faraz@nrc.gov.
In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 2, Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRCs) Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records component of the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS).
