In the Reference 1 letter, Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (CEG) was informed that the Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant Unit 2 Unplanned Scrams per 70000 Critical Hours Performance Indicator had crossed the Green to White threshold due to four unplanned scrams in four (1tJarters As a result of this the NRC r!P.terminert thP. performance at Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, Unit 2, to be in the Regulatory Response Column (Column 2) of the NRC's Reactor Oversight Process Action Matrix in Inspection Manual Chapter 0305, "Operating Assessment Program," as of July 1, 2024.

The NRC plans to conduct a supplemental inspection for this finding in accordance with Inspection Procedure 95001, "Supplemental Inspection Response to Action Matrix Column 2 (Regulatory Response) Inputs," following CEG's notification of readiness for this inspection.

This letter notifies the NRC that Calvert Cliffs is ready for the supplemental inspection.
