GEH concludes that the draft meeting summary does not contain proprietary information. GEH engineering and licensing have detected a few factual inaccuracies in the draft meeting summary. In addition, a few editorial observations have been made for your convenience.

A brief summary of the comments are as follows:
Factual Inaccuracies:
- 1. There are three instances where the term DBA should be stated as only accident.
- 2. There is one instance where the term DBA should be deleted since the correct term MHA is already used.
- 3. A basis for the NRC statement regarding exemption requests final approval until operating license stage would be helpful to understand the statement. The statement does not appear accurate as written.
Observations:

Luis, In a letter dated February 4, 2025 (NRC Verification Letter (ADAMS Accession No. ML24297A472) attached, the NRC staff verified that the submitted NEDC-33912P-A, Revision 2, BWRX-300 Reactivity Control (ADAMS Accession No. ML23048A016), is acceptable and approved for referencing in future licensing applications for the BWRX-300 to the extent specified and under the limitation delineated. In addition, the signed NRC LTR Verification Form 896 is attached.
