Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR-16 Docket Nos. 50-219 and 72-15 Oyster Creek Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Plan, Training Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, Revision 3
Dear Sir or Madam:
Pursuant to the provisions of 10 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 50.4, 10 CFR 50.54(p), 10 CFR 73.55(r), and 10 CFR 50.90, Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC (HDI) is submitting Revision 3 to the Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Only (ISFSIO) Security Plan (Security Plan). The changes to the ISFSIO Security Plan Revision 3 were implemented January 08, 2025. In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2), HDI is submitting this change within 60 days of implementation of Revision 3 (submission required no later than March 09, 2025).
The ISFSIO Security Plan was revised as follows:
- 1. Removed gates no longer used in the Protected Area.
2.. Owner Controlled Areas boundaries repeatedly mentioned were remov*ed.
The revised ISFSIO Security Plan Revision 3 change package is an attachment to this letter. The attachment includes details of the changes, 50.54(p) review and other change supporting documents.
The attachments to this submittal contain "Safeguards Information" as defined by 10 CFR 73.22 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, and must be protected accordingly.
This letter contains no new regulatory commitments.
