Response to Order EA-NRR-2025-0013, ORDER MODIFYING LICENSES AND ESTABLISHING INITIAL FINAL SAFETY ANALYSIS REPORT UPDATE DUE DATES CONSISTENT WITH THE NON-POWER PRODUCTION OR UTILIZATION FACILITY LICENSE RENEWAL RULE In accordance with 10 CFR 2.202.b, the Nuclear Science & Engineering Center of the Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station acknowledges and consents to EA-NRR-2025-0013, the Order modifying Licenses and Establishing Initial Final Safety Analysis Report Update Due Dates Consistent With the Non-Power Production or Utilization Facility License Renewal Rule.
We also note and acknowledge the due date for the Updated Final Safety Analysis Report for the Nuclear Science Center Reactor (NSCR) of 13 March 2028.
