Based upon our last discussion (December) NSV was to complete our Endangered Species Act Determination and then provide a copy to each of you for review prior to submitting to the F&W. Accordingly, please find a courtesy copy attached. While NSV will revise the letter slightly in a non-material way (the letter to F&W will be on NSV letterhead with the H&A report attached/enclosed) prior to submittal to F&W, I thought it best to get into your hands now that our internal review is complete.
A meeting with you in person or via Teams to discuss would be helpful as this is a new action for us and would like to proceed with established norms.
I have included a word version of the Determination as I recall that was preferred.
Interested in your thoughts.
