In accordance with 10 CFR 70.34 and 10 CFR 95.19(a), Louisiana Energy Services (LES), dba Urenco USA (UUSA), requested NRC approval of an amendment to the materials license SNM-2010 to approve the revision to the UUSA Standard Practices Procedure Plan (SPPP) for the Protection of Classified Matter as Reference 1. As a result of discussions with NRC staff on January 14, 2025, regarding details of the request, supplemental information is being provided as Enclosure 1. The final version of the proposed revision to the UUSA Standard Practices Procedure Plan (SPPP) for the Protection of Classified Matter is provided as Enclosure 2.
The Enclosures contain Security-Related Information and disclosure to the public could present security vulnerability. Accordingly, the enclosures should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1).
