RE: RE: Draft Request for Additional Information - LAR to modify TS SR 3.4.14.1 - L-2024-LLA-0156

Jesse, TVAs request to extend the RAI response date for the subject LAR from the previously agreed January 31, 2025, to February 10, 2025 (10-days), is granted. However, this extension will affect the NRC staffs safety evaluation schedule. Therefore, the previously communicated amendment issuance date of February 28, 2025 (ML24340A260) will also need to be extended 10-days to March 10, 2025.

[External_Sender] RE: Draft Request for Additional Information - LAR to modify TS SR 3.4.14.1 -

L-2024-LLA-0156

Perry, TVA would like to request an extension on the response to the subject NRC RAIs from January 31, 2025, to February 10, 2025. Additional time for responding to the RAIs is needed due to the complexity of the responses and the availability of resources supporting our response. Please let me know if this extension request is acceptable to the NRC.
