Attached is the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff topical report verification for the Westinghouse eVinciTM microreactor Principal Design Criteria Topical Report (EVR-LIC-RL-001-P/NP-A). Based on its review of the report, the NRC staff determined that the topical report is acceptable to the extent delineated in the NRC staff's safety evaluation dated, October 16, 2024, and may be referenced in future licensing action requests.

Also, attached is the completed form for the NRC staff withholding determination for EVR-LIC-RL-001-P-A.
