The purpose of this pre-submittal meeting between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) is to discuss a proposed License Amendment Request applicable to Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, Unit 2, which would revise Technical Specification Surveillance Requirements 3.6.12.2 and 3.6.12.3 related to ice mass.
