Dear Delson Erb:

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Office of Investigations has closed the subject case regarding a wrongdoing matter involving actions taken to manipulate the performance of surveillance procedure 1-SI-61-2 for ice basket weighing at Watts Bar during Unit 1 refueling outage 17 (U1R17).

The NRC determined that there was insufficient evidence to substantiate the allegation that licensee employee(s) engaged in deliberate misconduct due to actions taken to manipulate the performance of 1-SI-61-2 during Watts Bar refueling outage U1R17. We plan no further action with regard to this matter. Should you have any questions concerning this letter, please contact us.
