Salado Isolation Mining Contractors LLC (SIMCO), on behalf of the U.S. Department of Energy Carlsbad Field Office (CBFO) and in accordance with 10 CFR 71.38, hereby requests the renewal of Certificate of Compliance (CofC) No. 9212 for the RH-TRU 72-B shipping package. The current CofC, Revision 11, was approved on December 2, 2019, and is scheduled to expire on January 31, 2025. This fleet of packages continues to be operated and maintained by CBFO in accordance with all the conditions listed and referenced in the current CofC, Revision 11.
