The Licensing Board today issued a memorandum and order that, among other things, places redacted versions of previously nonpublic materials into the public docket of this proceeding.1 This constitutes substantial progress in resolving the issue of the proper treatment of potential nonpublic information in this proceeding that has postponed the Boards issuance of its decision on the pending hearing request of petitioners Beyond Nuclear, Inc., and the Sierra Club, Inc.
