Continuous Application & Learning: Tiered Approach (Dresden/Clinton)

Dresden SLR:

Continuing the Tiered Approach into the technical review Leveraging of fleetwide programs supported significant reduction of Generic tiering Will continue to reinforce training and clarify review expectations with staff to support successful implementation Clinton LR:

Standardization of the Application for the TRP Tool 11 11 Application Processed in TRP Tool TRP 1 TRP 2 TRP 3 Etc The Technical Review Package (TRP) Tool bundles items into safety work assignments (also known as TRPs).

Safety Work Assignments Note: Standardization is not a requirement but contributes to a more efficient staff review.

Applications that do not meet the standardization recommendations will be processed manually.

As part of Phase 3, Additional Process Improvements, the TRP Tool is being modernized to automatically read PDF applications.

Standardizing tables, application changes, and nomenclature allows for automatic processing of the submittal to:
