Dear Dr. Cebula:
By letter dated March 7, 2024, (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML24085A808), as supplemented by letter dated June 11, October 4, and November 20, 2024 (ML24164A092, ML24281A032, and ML24326A142, respectively), Kansas State University (KSU) requested an exemption for select Part 55 Operators Licensing requirements at the Kansas State University TRIGA research reactor.
The purpose of this letter is to inform you of a level of effort update to the review of the exemption.
Based on staff review of the supplements, the NRC staff now estimate that this request will take approximately 320 hours0.0037 days <br />0.0889 hours <br />5.291005e-4 weeks <br />1.2176e-4 months <br /> to complete. The NRC staff will promptly communicate any additional level of effort changes.
