Dear Mo Shams,
This letter provides an update to the previously submitted letters (ML24281A032, ML24164A092, and ML24085A808) related to exemption from operator license requirements. Based on a discussion with representatives of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission on 20 November 2024, KSU is requesting exemption from only the following regulations:
10CFR55.53(e) 10CFR55.53(f) 10CFR55.53(h) 10CFR55.59(a)
Exemption from other regulations stated in the previously submitted letters listed above is no longer requested. This letter has been reviewed and approved by the KSU Reactor Safeguards Committee.
