Good morning Tricia, I was on vacation and just returned this morning. I too was looking to see who was left to sign off, and I did not see a positive response from you to my email. If you could just add to whatever reply to this email, that you affirm that you did not divulge any exam security information, that will wrap that up.

As far as the other suggestion, I think that would be great, if someone does leave the group, to gather that information. I knew of Randy McLean and Eric Wisemans pending retirement, and so I had asked for and received forwarding email addresses for them, and was able to get in contact no problem. However if something less planned comes up, obtaining that information for us (if under a security agreement of course) would make this a lot simpler.

The exam security discussed with you has to do with access you may be able to gain to RNPs simulator development of the Initial License Class ILC-24s NRC examination, scheduled for the weeks of September 9th and 16th. This development is in progress already and as such the servers are password protected by a password controlled under the NRC exam security agreement.

I need you each to read the attached document and understand the information in (1)

Preexamination and then in the first line available (if some of you are at the same location, you may return one form to me with all of you signed on) Print your Name, Job Title and sign on Signature (1) and date. This may be completed electronically with Adobe signatures, or you can print, sign and scan. The attached file has 2 of your colleagues signed on already, so you can easily follow that example on the following 2 lines.

The remaining lines across are for when the exam concludes, I will be contacting you again to have you sign off the agreement, stating that you did not disclose any information concerning the examination.
