REGULATORY COMMISSION INSPECTION REPORT NO. 71-0062/2024-201

This letter refers to Industrial Nuclear Co., Inc.s (INCs) letter dated September 17, 2024
(Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No.
ML24261B917), in which you provided a response to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission
(NRC) Notice of Violation (Notice), dated September 6, 2024 (ML24247A205).
The NRC has reviewed your response and understands the actions taken by INC to address the
violations identified in the Notice. No additional questions have been identified at this time. The
corrective actions taken are subject to further review during future NRC inspection, which is
currently planned for the routine interval of 5 years.
No response to this letter is required.
