By letters dated July 31, 2024, August 22,2024, August 29,2024, and September 19, 2024, as supplemented (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS)
Accession Numbers ML24214A017, ML24235A214, ML24242A110, ML24263A096), NAC International submitted an application to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for the approval of NAC-STC Safety Analysis Report (SAR), revision 21, incorporating changes from Certificate of Compliance No. 9235 revision 25 as approved contents for transport.
This communication informs you that the application appears to contain the necessary information for us to begin our review. We have established a schedule for the review of your application. Based on our preliminary evaluation, we anticipate completing our formal review by the end of March 2025. Please note that this date could change depending on the findings of our review. The NRC staff estimates that completing the review of your submittal will require approximately 200 staff hours and no contractor charges.
Note that this email will be placed in ADAMS as publicly available to document the acknowledgement of receipt of your submittal.
