Supplement to NAC¶s Request for a Revision to Certificate of Compliance (CoC) No. 9235 for the NAC-STC, August 29,2024 NAC International (NAC) hereby submits a request to revise the NAC-STC Certificate of Compliance (CoC) No. 9235, Revision 25 (Reference 1). This submittal updates section 8.1.6 to state that only the first package must be subjected to the thermal acceptance test to confirm the NAC-STC heat dissipation design capability. CoC revision 24 revised Condition 9.(d) to state that only the first package must be subjected to the thermal acceptance test to confirm the NAC-STC heat dissipation design capability. However, this to a perceived conflicted between the CoC and SAR section 8.1.6. The headers of these pages contain revision numbers consistent with our administrative practices for pages with changes. The changes contained herein are common to the proprietary and non-proprietary versions of the NAC-STC SAR.
This proposed SAR revision is numbered to uniquely identify the applicable changed pages.
Revision bars mark the SAR text changes on the Revision STC-24D pages (Enclosure 2) to the Reference 2 SAR pages. Enclosure 1 contains a summary of the changes to the SAR for Revision STC-24D. The headers of the SAR pages indicate Revision 24D and the submittal month and year.
