The trade secret information contained in this presentation, if used by a competitor, would reduce their expenditure of resources, or improve their competitive position in the design, manufacture, shipment, installation, assurance of quality, or licensing of a similar product. As such, public disclosure of this information severely damages Robatel Technologies ability to compete for and perform future work.
Locations in the documents to be withheld include all pages clearly marked Proprietary/trade secret information - withhold from public disclosure under 10 CFR 2.390 or similar.
The information contained within the cited documents is a culmination of over 70 years of expertise in the design, manufacture, shipment, installation, quality assurance, and licensing of Type B casks including, but not limited to, fabrication techniques, shielding design, shielding analysis methodology, and lifting and handling operations.
Only the stakeholders of this project have knowledge of this trade secret information and are bound by non-disclosure agreements. This information is transmitted to the Commission in confidence for the purposes of reviewing details and methodologies prior to the license application submission.
The aforementioned information has not been made publicly available and public disclosure of the information will have a significant impact on the competitive position of Robatel and the other stakeholders in this project.
