It makes about as much sense as choosing to drive a Ford Pinto over a modern car. It is an old, dilapidated plant with a bad safety record. The rationale for the restart is about jobs, only. This is bad policy based on a fallacy this nuclear is safer than coal. To breath, it is, but when something goes wrong at Palisades, the whole region will have to suffer the results. Please reconsider.
