REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR THE REVIEW OF THE MODEL NO. OPTIMUS-L PACKAGE
Dear Heath Baldner:
By letter dated July 8, 2024 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System
[ADAMS] Accession No. ML24191A044), NAC International (NAC) submitted an amendment request to revise the NAC OPTIMUS-L Certificate of Compliance (CoC) No. 71-9390 to allow shielded devices with special and normal form sealed sources as authorized contents of the package.
This letter is to advise you that the information needed to continue our review is described as request for additional information (RAI) in the enclosure to this letter. Please note that your RAI responses should be provided by November 5, 2024. If the RAI responses are not received by this date, the staff may discontinue any further review.
Please reference Docket No. 71-9390 and Enterprise Project Identifier (EPID) No. L-2024-LLA-0019 in future correspondence related to this request.
