Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to 10 CFR 71.38, Best Theratronics would like to request a renewal to the Certificate of Compliance No. 9310, which will expire on November 30, 2024. Please note, there are no changes to the SAR or to the package design; all documentation that supported the approval of revision 7 of the certificate remains in effect.
Issue of the new certificate is requested by October 16, 2024 to enable Best Theratronics to obtain an endorsement certificate from the US DOT before expiry of the current certificate.
